very comfortable I felt at home

the help specially Diana and Claudia they were so helpful and efficient. Diana helped us booked our two tours, got our taxes, told us of nice places and restaurants while Claudia fixed our breakfast when we had to leave early. They were super nice and helpful.

Great location in old city

Good breakfast served upstairs, with choice of about 8 cooked items, plus fruit, juice, toast and coffee. Pool is very small, but refreshing with the hot weather. Well located for everything in the old walled city, close to an entrance to the wall, and a short distance from a large grocery/department store.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room had everything...

The staff was extremely helpful and the room had everything you will need. The AC works wonderfully. A big thanks to Laura who helped me the get back my suitcase which was left in the Taxi. Without her, we would not have gotten it back. Thanks, Laura. Daniella helped so much when we fell sick. The hotel is tiny but the staff makes up for everything. Juni has provided us with a good breakfast every morning and she would have given us another portion if we were hungry. Very personalized.

The pool did not have much sun. Only a few hours in the morning.

Hotel is really charming!

Hotel is really charming! The room has everything you need, with a comfortable bed and a really nice shower! The place for breakfast and the pool are cool :) They helped me with tips, change money, and even gave me breakfast a bit earlier due to my schedule! Juni, eliana and both Lauras were very nice and I would gladly stay there again!

Great Location and very pretty!

Location was central and soooo pretty! Delicious breakfast and helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to help us and enhance our stay. Clean rooms and the small plunge pool was a bonus at the end of a hot day touristing.

We had to stay in 3 different rooms during our 7 night stay due to some maintenance issues which seemed to be ongoing. Got a bit sick of packing and unpacking but it didn’t spoil our stay at this quaint hotel.

It is a beautiful property with a great location.

No hot water for all 6 days, no reduction in cost for this. Same breakfast everyday. Broken bedside table and hairdryer that hung off of the wall when used.

Location great, staff great

Location is perfect, near all the bars and restaurants, and supermarket. Delish breakfast each morning (same every day). Staff in the hotel were exceptional! Helped us book tours and buses. Room was nice (ask for a window). Nice pool area

No 24 hour receptionist present outside of business hours, although you she was always accessable via mobile.

Lovely

Location. Smelt beautiful as you walk in; although it is in centro historico, it is in a quieter lane which was nice and round the corner are some of the best street foods and a supermarket and a lane where taxis frequent in case you need one. You don't even need to book a car if you need the airport (unless you're running late) as there are frequent taxis.

It would benefit from having someone there all day although Laura did give me her number; but as wifi isn't available everywhere in Cartagena, it would be even better if someone was there always that could help if people needed. Although it was not a problem for us, I can imagine it may be for others who need more assistance.

Super friendly people, willing to help you and tell you...

Super friendly people, willing to help you and tell you about the hotspots of Cartagena. Breakfast is delicious, freshly made when you show up. No windows but that’s not a problem at all, AC is doing a great job and the rooms are super quiet (you will not find such a quiet room in popular areas of Cartagena I guess).

We didn’t have hot water during our stay, but we didn’t experience it as a problem.

Nice facilities and staff, but this is not a hotel - reception leaves for the evening

Very nice facilities and helpful staff

One serious problem with this facility. It is listed as 24 hour reception which is a lie. They have one excellent desk staff Laura who was super helpful, but she is only there from morning until dinner time and then leaves. This is not a proper hotel with a 24 hr desk. The wifi stopped working the evening was there, and I had to power the router off and back on myself to get it working again. It would have been down over 12+ hours if I hadn't done that myself. There should be 1 employee present at these facilities if they advertise 24 hr reception.
